AEEE Counselling 2017: Candidates who achieved equal or more than minimum qualifying marks in AEEE, the next procedure for them is attending the counselling. Counselling procedure is possible to be conducted in the month of June, 2017 for all successful candidates of different categories. Candidates are allowed to attend the counselling procedure at any one of three campuses of Amrita University according to their convenience.
Candidates will be admitted into first year B.Tech programme through counselling. For appearing in the counselling procedure, candidates need to download the counselling call letter from the official admission portal in the month of May, 2017.
AEEE Counselling Procedure 2017
- Counselling
process will be most possibly commenced in the month of May/June, 2017.
However, we’ll provide you exact schedule after release of its official
notification. Please keep in mind that your rank and counselling call
letter will not be sent via post.
- Before
appearing for the counselling procedure, candidates must verify their
eligibility with respect to the age and Plus two marks. The process of
seat allotment will be based on AEEE
2017marks and eligibility as prescribed by the admission
authority.
- Counselling
process will be held simultaneously at three campuses of Amrita
University. Candidates may attend the counselling at any of the centre as
per their convenience.
- Candidates
have to be present physically for the counselling process.

List of Documents Need to be submitted
Here we have provided the list of documents required for
counselling process:
- Class
10th certificate as a proof of date of birth.
- Class
XII mark sheets.
- Class
XII and AEEE 2017 hall tickets;
- Transfer
certificate issued from the school last attended;
- Community
certificate for SC/ST category applicants;
- Other
testimonials as notified in the call letter.
Important Notes
- Candidates
who are failing to produce original document they won’t be allowed to
appear in the counselling process.
- When
a candidate accepts a seat then his/her original testimonials will be
retained by the University.
- Every
candidate has to pay Rs. 5000/- as counselling charge in the form of
demand draft.
- In
prior of the seat allotment procedure, every student will have to pay Rs.
50,000/- through demand draft as part of demand draft. Candidate who fails
to pay the mentioned amount before the stipulated time his/her seat will
be cancelled automatically.
- Candidates
have to attend the counselling procedure in neat formal dress.
