About Barrister Ranjit Mohanty International Institute of Technology :

BRMIIT is located in Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Orissa, in a vast area on the bank of Kuakhai River just within a walking distance from NH-5 on Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Road, a region known for its rugged beauty and temperate climate. BRMIIT combines an ambitious, challenging academic program and a rich range of extracurricular activities within a secular value framework that draws on a variety of cultures and prepares students for global citizenship.
Established in the year 2008, as a nodal arm of BRM Educational Trust and inspired by the noble ideals and principles of the founder late Barrister Ranjit Mohanty, the Institute has been designed to play a distinct role in engineering education by providing education, research, training and consulting facilities to the students.

The Btech Fees is around 1.8lakhs per year,The Mtech Fees is around 1.68 lakhs per year

Bachelor of enginnering  and Mtech 

• Admission to different courses of the University(BPUT) shall be based on criteria decided by the Academic Council of the University(BPUT).
  
• Here shall be provision for direct admission for a limited number of NRI/FN students. Details of criteria shall be as per provisions in the rule formulated for the purpose.
  
• The University(BPUT) shall adopt the eligibility criteria as specified by AICTE/UGC.
  

Diploma in Engineering:

• Admission into 3 year Diploma courses in different branches has been made by the Director of Technical Education & Training of the Govt. of Orissa as per its guidelines from time to time.
• For three years Diploma :
• HSC or above qualified students with DET-2014 rank can take admission through e-counseling.
• For two years Diploma (Lateral Entry) :
• Students having lateral entry DET-2014 rank & qualification as per lateral entry admission norm can take admission through e-counseling.
• ITI pass out students having above eligibility can take admission as per their merit in any branch irrespective of their trade.

MBA,MCA
Admission to different courses like MBA and MCA under BPUT shall be based on criteria decided by the Academic Council of the University(BPUT). There shall be provision for direct admission for a limited number of NRI/FN students. Details of criteria shall be as per provisions in the rule formulated for the purpose. The University(BPUT) and the examination conducting authority shall adopt the eligibility criteria as specified by AICTE/UGC.
Facilities at Barrister Ranjit Mohanty International Institute of Technology -
The college is situated at Sergarh about 8km from Balasore, Odisha in an area of 12 acreas of lush green environment. The college provides modern teaching facilities with State- of - Art Laboratories. The other facilities include reading hall, outdoor and indoor sports, conference hall etc.  
Internet:
    Separate internet laboratories with 2Mbps dedicated leased line internet connection from Reliance to provide internet access for students.
Library:
TThe library is the power house of knowledge. Our Central library & reading hall is present in a separate building with two floors an area of 9000 sqft with more than 25,000 books, large volume of journals and periodicals that immense value to students. The library functions from 8.00AM to 5.00PM in all working days.  
Hostel:
    Separate hostel for boys & girls is present inside the campus ensuring safety & security.
Canteen:
The canteen is functioning within the college premises under the supervision of College Authority to serve variety of hygienic foods. Separate dinning hall is present for students and staff.  
Transportation:
Provides bus facilities for students from Balasore, Soro, Nilgiri to college campus.
Banking & Post office:
In campus ATM of Punjab National Bank, to facilitate the commercial aspect of students, guardians, faculties & staff. A sub post office is present within half Kilometer from the college campus at Sergarh, Balasore.  
Temple:
    Temple of Lord Shiva & Maa Mangala inside the campus.
Multigym:
BCET has a multigym for students to keep both body & mind healthy.  
Conference Hall:
    BCET has a fully air-conditioned conference hall having seating capacity 300 with featuring modern audio- visual equipments for meeting and conferences.
Cafeteria:
To boost the techno sprit of the students in the long academics session, cafeteria of the college offers delicious refreshments from time to time during the break. The whole BCET population delightfully shares the appetizing dashes and drinks supplied by the café.  
Charisma:
    The Annual Youth Festival "CHARISMA" is the most awesomely celebrated event of the institute which integrates professionals from academic, Research Industry, Glamour and Social Work.
Training & Placement Cell:
 The college has a separate Training and Placement Cell, under Training and Placement Officer. The cell also acts as a coordinator for the Industrial Training and Placement of pre-final and final year students. This cell arranges Industrial Training programme of about 30 days for the pre-final year students immediately after the completion of their 6th semester examination.
