REVA Institute of Technology was established in the year 2004 under Rukmini Educational Charitable Trust organized by Shyama Raju. REVA group of institutions is located in Bangalore at Ganganagar, Sanjaynagar, and Kattigenahalli.

The main campus is located at Kattigenahalli and is well equipped in 35 acres of land with International standards.
