About Sri Belimatha Mahasamsthana Institute of Technology (SBMSIT), Bangalore:-

Sri Belimatha Mahasamsthana Institute of Technologywas founded in 1975 by Sree Sree Charamurthy Shivarudra Mahaswamiji. It aims to provide apt education facilities for the rural people of Nelamangala. SBMSIT Bangalore has been recognized by the Government of Karnataka and approved by AICTE New Delhi. In the beginning, SBMSIT was affiliated to the Bangalore University, but since 1998 it is affiliated to Visveswaraiah Technology University (VTU).
The mission of the promoting body is to build an educational institute of excellence and the motto is quality education.

SBMSIT Principal Message:-

The Belimatha Trust was established in 1975 by Sree Sree Charamurthy Shivarudra Mahaswamiji. It aims to provide apt education facilities for the rural people of Nelamangala. SBMSIT Bangalore has been recognized by the Government of Karnataka and approved by AICTE New Delhi. In the beginning, SBMSIT was affiliated to the Bangalore University, but since 1998 it is affiliated to Visveswaraiah Technology University (VTU) Belgaum.
